Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for an Event Assistant based in Miami, FL. The Event Assistant will support the planning, coordination, and execution of private and corporate events held at Seaspice Brasserie and Lounge. Daily tasks include assisting with event logistics, communicating with clients, coordinating with vendors, managing event materials, maintaining timelines, and ensuring all events are executed seamlessly. This role will also involve collaborating with the events team to provide excellent service and an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage event schedules and administrative tasks efficiently
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, vendors, and team members
• Basic knowledge of event planning concepts, logistics, or coordination
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Enthusiasm for hospitality and a customer-focused approach
• Proficiency in event management software or basic computer skills is a plus
• Previous event or hospitality experience is advantageous
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Event Planning, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field is a bonus
