Responsibilities
- Prepare and handcraft a diverse selection of kosher pizzas using fresh, kosher-certified ingredients.
- Adhere to kosher dietary laws and guidelines throughout the pizza-making process.
- Ensure consistent pizza quality and taste, while meeting customer expectations and dietary requirements.
- Oversee pizza dough preparation, ensuring its compliance with kosher standards.
- Manage and organize the pizza station efficiently during peak hours.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain inventory, order kosher pizza supplies, and manage stock levels.
- Ensure cleanliness and adherence to kosher food preparation practices in the pizza preparation area.
- Train and guide kitchen staff on kosher pizza preparation techniques and adherence to kosher guidelines.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Pizza Maker with a specialization in kosher cuisine in a reputable restaurant or kosher establishment.
- Extensive knowledge of kosher dietary laws and their application to pizza-making.
- Skillful in hand-tossing and shaping pizza dough to perfection.
