About The Position?
Seasonal World is looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join our team. Customer Service Coordinator will work within Seasonal World’s Service and Warranty Department where the main focus is performing administrative and office support activities for this department and its supervisors. Daily duties will include fielding telephone calls and email requests for service work to be performed on swimming pools. This includes creating work orders for various services performed by Seasonal World, conducting follow up and confirmation calls, preparing and maintaining various reports and schedules used within the Service and Warranty Department. The ideal person for this position should exhibit strong customer service skills and be highly motivated, self-directed, enthusiastic with a sharp mind who works well under pressure, plays nice with others and can thrive in an atmosphere of rapid development and a fast pace. Most important this ideal person should strive to make everyone they interact with a client for life while gaining a sense of accomplishment when doing so.

What Are We Looking For In A Customer Service Professional / Service Coordinator?
- Previous customer service experience, preference to those who have similar industry experience.
- Ability to be adaptive, versatile and have strong communication skills (written and spoken).
- Self-starter, able to work with limited supervision, take directions well, and able to plan, prioritize, and organize workload for maximum productivity.
