Job Summary

We are looking for dependable, hard-working individuals to join our team as Pool Service Technicians. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys physical work, being outside, and wants to grow into a long-term career.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with pool cleaning and maintenance (skimming, vacuuming, brushing)
• Test and help balance water chemistry
• Help maintain pool equipment (pumps, filters, heaters)
• Travel to different job sites throughout the day
• Work as part of a team and independently
• Keep equipment organized and work areas clean

What We’re Looking For

• Must be 18 (not a high school position)
• No experience required — we will train you
• Someone who prefers being on their feet and outside, not behind a desk
• Able to lift and move equipment
• Reliable, hardworking, and willing to learn
• Comfortable working in heat and changing weather
• Valid driver’s license preferred
