What are the responsibilities and job description for the Renovations Construction Laborer, Form Setter/ Concrete Finisher position at Seaside Pools & Spas, Inc.?

Candidates must have the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Applicants must have a valid driver’s license. Concrete experience is a plus. Responsibilities
-Report to the Lead on job site.
-Set concrete forms.
-Finish concrete.
-Perform various labor task on job site and at equipment yard (i.e. shovel concrete, operate blowers, clean up job sites, etc.)
-Lay tile. Experience a plus, but not required. Will train.
-Learn to operate skid steers and any other equipment necessary for successful completion of job.
-Be punctual.
-Drive various size trucks to and from the job sites. Must have a clear driving record.
-Pool construction experience recommended. Not required, will train.
Skills & Qualifications Preferred:
-2 or more years of hands on field experience in concrete work.
-Strong work ethic with a desire to succeed.
-Valid driver license. Class A CDL is a plus, but not required. Must have a clear driving record.
-Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
-Ability to work 50 – 70 hours a week including weekends during busy season.
Compensation & Benefits
-Competitive wage. Full time, hourly. Pay increases available upon review and accomplishing specific tasks.
-Health insurance available after 60 days.
-Paid vacation and paid holidays after 1 year of employment.
