Overview:

Currently looking to fill about 5-10 Concrete Finisher roles who are not afraid to work and want to get PAID. This is a 1099 role, we offer the equipment, weekly pay, weekends off, M-F early mornings to early afternoons (sometimes we do finish super early and are off before 1-2pm but we still get paid for a full day!!) If you have experience with working in the industry and are looking for consistent year-round work, look no further!!! With having been in operation over a decade, we are excited to provide opportunities to anyone looking to build a concrete career, however we are willing to train the right person!!!
Duties
- Finish concrete surfaces by smoothing, leveling, and shaping freshly poured concrete using hand tools, power tools, and trowels.
- Install rebar reinforcement and formwork to prepare for concrete pouring and finishing.
- Operate heavy equipment such as concrete mixers, pumps, and other machinery safely and efficiently.
- Perform rebar installation, metal stud framing, and masonry work as needed for structural integrity.
- Assist with demolition, restoration, or renovation tasks related to concrete structures when required.
Skills
- Strong mechanical knowledge of construction tools and equipment including hand tools, power tools, concrete mixers, and heavy machinery.
- Proven experience in concrete finishing techniques such as floating, troweling, edging, and brooming is preffered.
- Knowledge of rebar installation, form setting, masonry, welding, flooring installation, tile laying, and stucco application is not necessary but preferred.
- Familiarity with construction and accustomed to labor work and does not mind to work for their money.
- Excellent physical stamina for heavy lifting and working at heights or in various weather conditions.
- Experience working on construction sites with a focus on safety protocols and team collaboration. Join us to build lasting structures with precision craftsmanship!
