$22–$28/hour (starting $25 for qualified) | 10–25 flexible hours/week | Seasonal (April–November)
Love precise pruning and coastal gardens? Seaside Fine Gardening & Design crafts elegant, low-maintenance spaces on Cape Cod. We're hiring a part-time Fine Gardening Assistant with hands-on skills to maintain high-end residential properties.
What You'll Do:
Fine pruning (hydrangeas, perennials, shrubs), deadheading, weeding, edging, mulching
Plant/ground prep, seasonal cleanups, container/window box design
Bed refreshes, native/pollinator garden care, basic pest/soil health monitoring
Use hand tools safely; work solo or with a pro team
What We're Looking For:
1 years fine gardening/pruning experience (hydrangeas a must; share examples)
Horticulture basics: plant ID, seasonal care, coastal conditions
Physically fit: bend/kneel/lift 30lbs, outdoors in all weather; self-sufficient (client bathrooms not guaranteed)
Reliable transport (Orleans–Plymouth); detail-focused, independent
Proper work authorization; resume required
