Responsibilities:
- Perform routine inspections and repairs on building systems, equipment, and grounds
- Handle basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting tasks
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies
- Maintain tools, supplies, and work areas in a clean, safe condition
- Assist with seasonal upkeep, such as snow removal or landscaping
- Minor wheelchair repairs
- Motorized bed repairs
- Adjust thermostats
- Program TV remotes
Requirements:
- Previous maintenance or handyman experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of building systems and repair techniques
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
