Job Description: This position requires a diligent hard-working employee who can take direction and understand the duties involved in Operations office & pertaining warehouse work. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with experience in shipping manifests and an understanding of basic warehouse operation.

Reporting Structure: This position reports to the Warehouse Manager or designee

Duties:

• Must understand and have knowledge of using Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook.
• Must have knowledge of invoicing; how to review, add, and remove line items based on selection order, reviewal of invoices before completing and printing
• Must have working knowledge on paperwork packet assembling, and preparation for drivers and their start/departure times
• Must have working knowledge with dispatching route drivers and assist when needed on getting them set up and started on their route
• Be able to take direction from supervisors & managers
• Have the ability to communicate with others including management
• Must have general inventory & stock knowledge and be willing to, double check stock availability when called upon to do so
• Must be very organized and structured
• Must understand all company policy & procedures, including safety practices, in the office or in the warehouse
• Have basic knowledge of different computer programs needed for this job; Greenmile, Prophet, Truck builder, Scilog, or equivalent training is provided
• Have an understanding of the company’s food defense plans
• Be able to be trained in all areas needed to perform the positions expectations in a reasonable period and fully understand your job and expectations
• Must understand and be willing to be cross trained in all outbound operations upon request.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
