- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers on pricing, lead times, delivery timing, and order accuracy
- Move quickly, follow up consistently, and keep projects on schedule
- Support estimating and budgeting by organizing quotes and helping compare vendor pricing
- Work with construction leadership to confirm material needs and timing by project
- Help track committed costs against budget and escalate discrepancies
- Support the transition of purchasing activity into Builder Trend
- Maintain organized purchasing records, vendor data, and job-specific documentation
- Follow up with vendors on open quotes, missing information, order changes, and delivery issues

- Support process consistency across multiple jobs and municipalities
- Assist with subcontractor and vendor onboarding documentation as needed

Preferred Background
- Purchasing or coordination experience in construction, building materials, manufacturing, or similar operational environments
- Experience with Buildertrend, QuickBooks, or similar systems
- Residential construction familiarity is helpful, but deep construction experience is not required
- Candidates from other industries with strong purchasing/process discipline may be a fit
Ideal Fit
- Process-oriented and highly organized
- Persistent and comfortable holding others accountable
