Searstone Retirement Community, an upscale retirement community in Cary, is looking for a Resident Services Associate (Security Guard) who works well with a diverse group of people and particularly the elderly.
OPENINGS:
Sat-Sun : 3rd Shift (10pm- 6am)
Your general responsibilities would include providing a safe environment for residents, visitors and staff while having a positive first and last impression for residents and guests, which requires excellent customer service skills, team work and commitment. The Residential Services member is responsible for the safety and security of the community and is a first responder to emergencies.
Position Requirements:
- Ability to make daily rounds of Searstone campus
- Sitting, standing, bending, able to lift packages, frequent walking and driving.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid North Carolina driver’s license and clean driving record
