Searstone Retirement Community in Cary, NC, is seeking a Concierge to deliver exceptional service and support to our residents. This is your chance to make a positive impact every day while working in a dynamic, upscale environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet residents, visitors, and staff with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a positive experience.
- Perform daily well-being checks on residents to ensure their safety and comfort.
- Respond to emergencies quickly and document actions taken.
- Oversee internal mail distribution and assist with resident requests.
- Maintain records, manage work orders, and coordinate transportation needs.
- Follow safety plans, including fire and weather protocols, to ensure resident safety.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work with a diverse group, especially the elderly.
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to think critically in emergencies.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Day Weekend Shift - 7:30AM -4PM
