What You'll Do
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential appliances, including refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, ranges, and microwaves.
- Use electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve equipment issues.
- Deliver outstanding customer service while explaining repairs and maintenance recommendations.
- Manage inventory, maintain your company service vehicle, and accurately document completed work.
- Recommend solutions that help customers maintain and extend the life of their appliances.
What You'll Need
- Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude with proven troubleshooting skills.
- Experience working with electrical, mechanical, industrial, automotive, manufacturing, HVAC, or other technical equipment.
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
- Ability to lift, carry, and work in a physically active environment.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
