Electrician – Light Commercial & Industrial (1 – 3 Years Experience)
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Electrician with experience in light commercial and industrial electrical systems to join our team. This position is well suited for a motivated electrician who takes pride in quality workmanship, safety, and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair light commercial and industrial electrical systems
- Perform new installations, upgrades, and retrofits
- Install conduit, wire, panels, disconnects, motors, and control wiring
- Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and specifications
- Ensure all work complies with NEC, local codes, and company standards
- Work safely in occupied commercial and industrial environments
- Coordinate with other trades and work effectively as part of a team
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional jobsite
Required Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in light commercial and/or industrial electrical work
- Strong understanding of electrical theory and NEC requirements
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift equipment and work in varied environments, including ladders and confined spaces
Preferred (Not Required)
- Experience with motor controls, VFDs, and control circuits
- Experience working in industrial facilities or production environments
