Role overview
As an In-Home Major Appliance & Refrigeration Service Technician, you’ll diagnose and repair residential appliances and refrigeration units while delivering clear, friendly communication to customers. You’ll combine hands-on technical skill with careful documentation and a strong commitment to safety.
What you’ll tackle
- Pinpoint faults and repair major home appliances, including refrigerators, washers, dryers, and ovens.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections to keep equipment running at peak performance.

- Document services performed and parts utilized with accuracy and detail.

What you bring
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in appliance repair is a plus.
- Proven experience as an appliance repair technician or in a closely related trade.
- Expert troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Self-directed with excellent time management.
- Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.
- Knowledge of relevant safety standards and regulations.
- Experience with soldering/brazing.
