What you’ll take on
- Diagnose and repair major appliances: refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, and microwaves
- Deliver an outstanding, customer-first service experience
- Manage parts inventory and keep your service vehicle organized and road-ready
- Offer helpful, solutions-oriented recommendations to customers
What you bring
- Mechanical aptitude with strong troubleshooting instincts
- EPA Type I or Universal Certification
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift, move, and work in a physically active environment
- Appliance repair experience preferred
- Clear communication and excellent customer service skills
