Legal Recruiting Assistant

Actively seeking a Legal Recruiting Assistant for a HYBRID and Full Time Role. The position will assist the law firm with the busy 2026 Summer Associate Program, as well as Lateral Recruiting efforts. The right candidate will have 0-1 years of professional recruiting experience, or HR Internships, preferably within a law firm or professional services environment is PREFERRED.

HOURS: Monday – Friday, 9:30 AM - 5:30 PM EST

SCHEDULE | LOCATION: HYBRID | New York (Manhattan)

SALARY: $55 - $60K (Commensurate w/Overall Experience)

IDEAL CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree REQUIRED
• 0-2 yrs of Recruitment or HR Internship or Professional Experience REQUIRED
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong Attention to Detail and Confidentiality
• Experience handling Administrative and Events Tasks

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

• The Legal Recruiting Assistant provides administrative support to the Legal Recruiting department.
• Assists with the organization and implementation of the Summer Associate Program
• Assists with all aspects of the on-campus interview process
• Assists with the organization of lateral associate and judicial clerk candidate applications
• Maintains legal recruiting database
• Coordinate travel expenses for associate and summer associate candidates.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
