Actively seeking a Conflicts Attorney for a HYBRID and Full-Time Position within a Top Law Firm. The Attorney needs 2 Years of Conflicts work within a Law Firm's Office of the General Counsel, with experience with Intapp being required.

HOURS: Monday – Friday, 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM
SCHEDULE | LOCATION: HYBRID | Manhattan, NY
PAY: $175 - $205K (Commensurate w/Experience) Discretionary Bonus

IDEAL CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree REQUIRED
- JD is REQUIRED; Active Bar Association in New York
- 2 years of Conflicts Attorney experience in a Corporate Law Firm is REQUIRED
- Strong MS Office Suite Experience (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Experience with Intapp Platform is REQUIRED; Elite 3E/Aderant is a PLUS
- Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the lateral conflict process to ensure conflict reports are cleared on a timely basis
- Must be able to analyze and resolve conflicts independently
- Coordinate with HR and Recruiting team members with respect to the lateral conflicts clearance process and onboarding
- Draft conflict waiver request letters.
- Determine the need for and assist with the implementation of ethical walls, as appropriate.
- Maintain information walls by reviewing new matter memoranda to identify necessary matter additions and coordinating periodic notifications to newly added timekeepers.
- Assist with other compliance initiatives relating to conflicts and legal ethics as needed.
- Evening and weekend on-call coverage.
