- Design and engineer fall protection and safety products.
- Create and update CAD models, drawings, and design files.
- Work with international vendors, engineers, and testing facilities on prototypes and production samples.
- Support product testing and help prepare technical data for manuals, labels, and other materials.
- Assist with improving product performance, durability, and usability.
- Help maintain documentation for product designs and revisions.
- Provide technical support to internal teams and customers when needed.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering; equivalent experience will be considered.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in product development or product design, with a solid understanding of manufacturing and engineering processes.
- CAD and design experience (Autodesk Inventor preferred).
