Finance Manager

Established Retail Industry Leader | $750M in Annual Revenue 📍 On-site | Base Salary Up to $150K Performance Bonus

We're looking for a Finance Manager to join a high-impact FP&A team at one of the most established names in specialty retail — a company with $750 million in annual revenue and the financial sophistication to match. This role sits at the intersection of finance, technology, and executive storytelling.

What You'll Do

You'll work directly with senior leadership across the business, not buried in a silo. Your day-to-day will include:

• Owning the forecast — maintaining, stress-testing, and continuously refining the company's financial outlook to reflect real-world operating conditions
• Building and evolving financial models that drive budget planning, monthly close reviews, and long-range strategy
• Presenting executive-level reporting — monthly and annual reviews delivered to senior leaders including variance analysis, bridge analysis, run-rate trends, and one-time event impact
• Translating complexity into clarity — developing repeatable, scalable analytic reporting frameworks that give leadership actionable insight fast
• Partnering cross-functionally with Accounting and operational departments to align financial discipline with business performance
• Leading ad hoc analysis on emerging business trends — the kind of work that actually shapes decisions

Who You Are

You're someone who takes ownership, doesn't need to be managed, and has a point of view. You're equally comfortable building a complex multi-tab model and presenting your findings to a room full of executives.

You bring:

• A Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting (MBA or Master's is a bonus, not a requirement)
• 5–7 years of progressive experience in FP&A, budgeting, or financial analysis
• Expert-level Excel skills
• Strong command of the full financial statement picture: P&L, balance sheet, cash flow
• Excellent written and verbal communication — you can make a CFO understand a complex variance without jargon
• A technology-forward mindset — you embrace new tools, automate what can be automated, and look for better ways to work

Bonus points for experience with:

• Power BI or similar data visualization platforms
• IBM Planning Analytics (TM1/Cognos)
• Cloud-based ERP or financial planning systems
