Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Title Insurance Closer located in Central Ohio and Clearwater, Florida. The Title Insurance Closer will be responsible for handling all aspects of the closing process, including conducting title searches, preparing and reviewing settlement statements, ensuring the accuracy of escrow accounts, and verifying chains of title. This role also involves maintaining excellent customer service to facilitate smooth and successful transactions for buyers, sellers, and refinancing clients.
