We currently have a very exciting opportunity available with our client for an Onsite Quality Assurance Inspector in Breiningville, PA. This will be a 3-month contract role.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct quality assurance inspections of customer orders, including scanning and verifying palletized items prior to stowing
• Identify and document discrepancies with photo evidence, accurately categorize variance types, and complete detailed post-inspection reports
• Ensure strict adherence to documented Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) during inventory QA inspections
• Upload inspection results in a timely manner and respond promptly to follow-up inquiries from clients or internal teams
• Analyze findings and provide actionable insights to support process improvements, operational excellence, and increased efficiency
• Maintain consistent punctuality for scheduled shifts and assigned inspection activities

Required Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow structured processes precisely
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work a retail schedule, including hours outside of a standard 9–5 workday
• Willingness and ability to travel outside the primary client location by air and/or car as required
• Must reside within 50 miles of a major airport if air travel is required
• Ability to stand for extended periods (majority of the workday)
• Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and meet critical deadlines

Pay Range:

• The pay range for this position is $20.00 to $30.00 per hour. Compensation will vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This range is subject to change.
