Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Charlotte, NC (Fully Onsite)

Compensation: $19–$22/hour OT bonus potential
Position Overview
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join a fast-paced, custom manufacturing environment. This is not a traditional call center role—this position requires someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and able to think critically while managing customer communication and order flow.
You will serve as the first point of contact for customers, helping manage orders, provide updates, and ensure a smooth experience from start to finish. Given the nature of the business, every order is different, so adaptability and strong problem-solving skills are key.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls and follow up with detailed email communication
- Proactively provide order updates and track status of customer requests
- Assist with quoting, product information, and order details
- Navigate internal ERP systems (similar to SAP) and utilize Excel for tracking and reporting
- Collaborate with internal teams including production and operations
- Manage multiple orders and priorities in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Ensure strong follow-through and customer satisfaction throughout the process
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of customer service experience (preferably in a fast-paced or manufacturing environment)
- Strong communication skills (both phone and email)
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage changing priorities
- Comfortable working in multiple systems and using Excel
- Proven track record of reliability and follow-through
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in manufacturing or a made-to-order environment
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP or similar)
- Experience handling order management or quoting
