Our team supports a high-volume operation, coordinating thousands of shipments and working with major clients, including large national accounts.
Project Overview
We are ramping up hiring to support a major system transition and peak season demand. This role will help alleviate workload from internal teams by handling high-volume inbound calls, administrative tasks, and system updates during our busiest time of year.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound calls (50 calls/day; often 600–1,000 calls across teams)
- Respond to emails and inquiries from drivers, carriers, and customers
- Provide quick updates (ETAs, shipment status, basic issue resolution)
- Perform order entry and updates in internal systems
- Follow up with carriers and transportation partners
- Read and input data from spreadsheets (basic Excel work)
- Provide general administrative and operational support across teams
- Maintain professionalism when supporting a range of clients, including individual customers and large fleet accounts
Qualifications
- 2 years of high-volume customer service or call center experience (must have handled 50 calls/day)
- Strong communication skills and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable in a call center/cubicle setting
- Tech-savvy and able to quickly learn new systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy with data entry
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision (self-sufficient, no handholding)
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and team needs
- Understanding of confidentiality and data privacy (NDA required)
- Experience in logistics or transportation is a plus
