We’re seeking a Senior Associate, Client Success to join our team. This role blends client relationship management, recruiting partnership, and account growth. You’ll support existing clients, manage hiring workflows, and proactively identify opportunities to expand relationships across departments and leadership teams.
What You’ll Do
Client Management & Delivery
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building trusted, long-term partnerships
- Lead intake calls to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and ideal candidate profiles
- Coordinate candidate submissions, interviews, feedback, and offers in partnership with recruiters
- Ensure a high-touch, responsive client experience throughout the hiring process
- Maintain accurate and organized records in Bullhorn and Salesforce
Account Growth & Business Development
- Identify and pursue opportunities to expand within existing accounts by engaging additional departments and hiring leaders
- Strengthen relationships through proactive communication, follow-up, and strategic outreach
- Support revenue growth by increasing job volume, repeat business, and placement opportunities
- Collaborate with Business Development leadership on account expansion and regeneration strategies
Team Collaboration & Communication
- Partner closely with recruiters to align on candidate quality, priorities, and client expectations
- Share consistent pipeline updates, feedback, and market insights
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and ongoing coaching
Ideal Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- 1 year of experience in client success, account management, staffing, or recruiting
- Strong relationship-building skills with both clients and internal partners
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience using CRM/ATS platforms such as Salesforce and Bullhorn (preferred)
