Billing Specialist - Automotive Retail (Corporate)The Billing Specialist will work from the corporate office and be responsible for accurately billing deals for 3–4 dealership locations. This role covers Retail, Wholesale, and Dealer Trade transactions, ensuring all deals are processed correctly, compliant with corporate and state requirements, and completed in a timely manner. The Billing Specialist will collaborate closely with dealership teams to resolve discrepancies and support smooth deal flow.Key Responsibilities:Process and bill Retail, Wholesale, and Dealer Trade deals for multiple stores.Review deal packets for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.Address and resolve billing discrepancies with dealership staff.Maintain accurate records and support month-end reporting.Ensure timely submission of all required documentation.Qualifications:2 years of recent billing experience required.Virtual billing experience preferredStrong attention to detail and understanding of deal structures.Self-starter with strong initiative and leadership qualities, work independentlyAbility to work efficiently across multiple stores in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with CDK preferred.
