Job Description
Our client, a growing forklift dealership, is looking for an organized and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Administrator to join their accounting team. This is an entry-level opportunity for someone with 1–2 years of experience who is comfortable communicating with customers and supporting accounts receivable and collections activities.
Responsibilities
- Make B2B collection calls and send follow-up emails regarding outstanding invoices.
- Manage a portfolio of smaller customer accounts and follow up on past-due balances.
- Prepare and send invoices to customers and provide administrative support to the collections team.
- Maintain accurate account records and update tracking spreadsheets.
- Assist the AR team with additional duties as needed.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in accounts receivable, collections, or a related accounting role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable communicating professionally with customers over the phone and through email.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and spreadsheets.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Forklift dealership or industrial equipment industry experience is a plus, but not required.
Schedule & Work Environment
- Monday–Friday, 100% onsite.
