ABOUT THE ROLE
The Staffing Operations Manager serves as the operational backbone of the organization, ensuring the efficient execution of recruiting workflows, onboarding processes, payroll administration, compliance activities, recruitment marketing, candidate sourcing, and business development support. This position partners closely with recruiters and leadership to enhance the candidate experience, improve operational efficiency, and support strategic growth objectives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
This role is responsible for overseeing onboarding, employee administration, payroll and billing support, office operations, recruiting coordination, candidate sourcing, recruitment marketing, and business development initiatives. The ideal candidate will help ensure a seamless experience for candidates, employees, clients, and internal team members while supporting recruiting efforts, lead generation activities, and operational processes that contribute to the success of the organization.
We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys wearing multiple hats, has exceptional organizational skills, and is comfortable supporting recruiting, operations, and sales initiatives. Experience with staffing, recruiting, payroll, administration, LinkedIn, sourcing, and business development activities is highly desirable.
QUALIFICATIONS
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information
Comfortable conducting online research, candidate sourcing, and lead generation activities
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree preferred.
