What You'll Do
- Lead projects from groundbreaking through completion with full field oversight.
- Work directly with ownership to establish best practices and operational standards.
- Build, mentor, and develop your own field team as the company continues to grow.
- Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, safety, quality, and day-to-day operations.
- Become a key leader within the organization with significant opportunities for advancement.
