What are the responsibilities and job description for the Quality Assurance Manager position at Search Masters, Inc.?
Responsible for quality and process improvements within an Aero/NADCAP/ manufacturing operation
Will help to lead and guide a team of 10-12 individuals including Quality Engineers, NDT Techs, and QA Techs
Will drive quality and process improvements inside the facility to ensure products are following AS9100, NADCAP, and Rev D standards
Will manage the QMS, Auditing, Documentation, Metrology, NDT, SOP’s and work on CapEx projects solving all issues in quality
Heavy metal product background, preferred
Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering is required
Must be out of Aerospace
Company specializes in manufacturing parts for the aerospace industry
