Job Description
- Oversee day-to-day operations at two small manufacturing facilities
- Manage 7 direct reports, including 3 Production Supervisors, and 90 indirect employees
- Assume full P&L responsibility and manage CAPEX projects while driving lean and continuous improvement initiatives
- Lead product launches and ensure effective training, coaching, and on-time delivery
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows and resolve operational issues
- Manage Plant 1 processes including CNC Machining, Forging, Welding & Fabrication, and Plant 2 operations encompassing powder coating and assembly
Key Requirements
- Strong background in machining (milling/turning), forging, or welding/fabrication is preferred
- Solid expertise in lean and Six Sigma methodologies
- BS degree preferred
