What are the responsibilities and job description for the Ops Manager-Electrical Assembly position at Search Masters, Inc.?

  • Responsible for leading 6 salaried and 80 hourly in a non-union electrical assembly manufacturing operation
  • Will work cross functionally with customers and quoting, engineering, purchasing/sourcing to help select and evaluate suppliers to deliver products to customers
  • Will drive production goals to meet customer demands
  • Electrical assembly/electronic assembly experience is required
  • Wire harness manufacturing experience is a plus!
  • Must have manufacturing leadership experience
  • Leading manufacturer in their industry!
  • Company has over 35 years in business!
  • Team/family atmosphere with low turnover!
