The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing comprehensive tax services to high-net-worth individuals, families, trusts, estates, private foundations, and family investment partnerships. You’ll play a key role in managing client relationships, overseeing complex tax compliance, and delivering proactive, strategic tax planning to help clients achieve their financial objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a point of contact for high-net-worth clients and family offices, building trusted, long-term relationships.
- Oversee the preparation and review of complex tax returns for individuals, trusts, estates, gifts, foundations, and partnerships.
- Understand clients’ financial goals and provide customized tax planning and advisory services.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations.
- Analyze clients’ financial situations to identify tax-saving opportunities and minimize liabilities.
- Supervise, train, and mentor junior staff, fostering technical growth and professional development.
- Collaborate with partners and senior leadership to enhance processes and develop staff training programs.
- Stay current with changes in tax legislation and assess their impact on client strategies.
- Conduct research on complex tax issues and deliver innovative, practical solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- CPA certification preferred.
- 4 years of experience in tax compliance and advisory services for high-net-worth individuals and families.
- Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local tax regulations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple client relationships effectively.
- Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Salary : $115,000 - $142,000
