Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations
- Prepare and analyze financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow)
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
- Identify process improvements and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing financial insights to support business decisions
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- CPA or progress toward certification preferred
- 2 years of experience in client accounting services within a public accounting firm
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with clients and internal teams
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks Online, NetSuite, Yardi, Bill.com, or Expensify is a plus
Salary : $90,000 - $125,000
