What are the responsibilities and job description for the Quality Supervisor position at Search Masters, Inc.?
- Lead and manage a team of 10 inspectors and technicians within the Quality department
- Serve as a floor-oriented problem solver, driving hands-on resolution of quality issues
- Train and develop staff in root cause analysis methodologies and corrective action processes
- Implement and oversee 8D and 5 Why problem-solving frameworks across the team
- Participate in and support internal audit programs to ensure compliance and continuous improvement
- Serve as a succession-plan candidate for upward leadership within the business
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering required; advanced degree preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of manufacturing leadership experience
- Strong problem-solving skills with demonstrated expertise in corrective actions
