What are the responsibilities and job description for the Quality Assurance Manager position at Search Masters, Inc.?

  • Responsible for quality and process improvements within an Aero/NADCAP/ manufacturing operation
  • Will help to lead and guide a team of 10-12 individuals including Quality Engineers, NDT Techs, and QA Techs
  • Will drive quality and process improvements inside the facility to ensure products are following AS9100, NADCAP, and Rev D standards
  • Will manage the QMS, Auditing, Documentation, Metrology, NDT, SOP’s and work on CapEx projects solving all issues in quality
  • Heavy metal product background, preferred
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering is required
  • Must be out of Aerospace
  • Company specializes in manufacturing parts for the aerospace industry
