What are the responsibilities and job description for the Ops Manager-Electrical Assembly position at Search Masters, Inc.?
- Responsible for leading 6 salaried and 80 hourly in a non-union electrical assembly manufacturing operation
- Will work cross functionally with customers and quoting, engineering, purchasing/sourcing to help select and evaluate suppliers to deliver products to customers
- Will drive production goals to meet customer demands
- Electrical assembly/electronic assembly experience is required
- Wire harness manufacturing experience is a plus!
- Must have manufacturing leadership experience
