What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director of Operations position at Search Masters, Inc.?

  • Responsible for leading 25 salaried and 300 non-union hourly in a non-union heavy manufacturing operation
  • Will be over manufacturing and maintenance operations and be cross functional with engineering, quality, supply chains, sales and HR
  • Will have P L of the facility and drive/lead continuous improvements
  • 10 years of manufacturing leadership experience is required
  • Must have previous P L experience
  • Must have Lean/CI/Metrics driven
