Compensation
BDR I (Entry Level):
$52,000 Base Salary | $70,000-$80,000 OTE
Senior BDR / BDR II:
$72,500 Base Salary | $90,000 OTE
Enterprise BDR / BDR III:
$80,000 Base Salary | $130,000 OTE

What You'll Do
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, and strategic outreach
- Engage with senior-level decision-makers across enterprise organizations
- Qualify inbound and outbound opportunities for the Account Executive team
- Conduct discovery conversations to understand client needs and business challenges
- Collaborate closely with sales leadership and marketing to drive pipeline growth
- Consistently exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue-generating goals
