We’re looking for a Marketing Manager who thrives in a product-led environment. This role is about more than just lead gen—it’s about driving engagement and adoption by turning real product usage into your most effective growth lever.

Responsibilities
- Own and execute multi-channel marketing strategies that drive self-serve signups, activation, and retention.
- Partner closely with product and growth teams to shape product launch plans, in-app messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
- Create compelling, user-first messaging that explains the “why” behind our features and roadmap.
- Optimize lifecycle email flows, onboarding sequences, and engagement nudges.
- Plan and run product-centric campaigns (feature rollouts, webinars, educational content).
- Leverage product usage data to shape targeted messaging and improve conversion.
- Own marketing performance metrics (activation, product-qualified leads, retention, expansion).
- Regularly run A/B tests to improve copy, engagement, and activation flows.
Requirements
- 4-5 years of marketing experience in SaaS, with at least 3 years in a product-led environment.
- Deep understanding of PLG funnels and how to drive growth through usage.
- Experience with lifecycle marketing, onboarding journeys, and behavioral segmentation.
- Strong storytelling skills—you can turn technical features into relatable benefits.
- Comfortable using data tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, Google Analytics, or similar.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (Customer.io, HubSpot, Intercom).
- A proactive, collaborative mindset. You love working cross-functionally with Product, Design, and Engineering.
Salary & Benefits
- $6,000-$8,000 USD per month/depending on your location and skills/experience
