We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team in Gilberts, IL. In this role, you’ll help drive our digital marketing efforts by working on SEO initiatives, managing social media, conducting competitive research, and supporting our digital campaigns. You’ll play a key part in helping us stay visible and relevant online, so that customers can find the gear they need when they need it.
What You’ll Do:
- Execute and monitor digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and web platforms, ensuring consistent messaging and engagement with target audiences.
- Support SEO strategies by conducting keyword research, optimizing content for search engines, and tracking website performance to increase visibility and traffic.
- Conduct in-depth competitor research and analyze industry trends, providing insights and recommendations to improve digital strategies and stay ahead of the market.
- Collaborate with both the marketing and engineering teams to create and update digital content, ensuring technical accuracy for product launches, website updates, and trade show materials.
- Assist with social media promotion, email campaigns, and digital content for industry events and trade shows, supporting both pre- and post-event marketing efforts.
- Contribute to brainstorming and developing creative ideas for new marketing campaigns, ensuring fresh, innovative approaches to content creation.
- Monitor key performance metrics for digital campaigns, providing regular reports and actionable insights to optimize future strategies and achieve marketing goals.
What We’re Looking For:
- 1 year of hands-on digital marketing experience (preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment).
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (required).
- Graphic design experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with SEO principles and tools (basic knowledge required).
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
Salary : $65,000 - $75,000
