Position Summary
Responsible for conducting on‑site design audits, operating scanning equipment, and supporting initial design development and stakeholder reviews. Communicate effectively with customers, subcontractors, architects, general contractors, and internal teams. Utilizes AutoCAD to download, review, update, and approve drawings, ensuring alignment between customer and subcontractor designs. Manages printing/plotting of drawings, updates acoustic data, confirms project manifests, and ensures all design documentation is organized in Procore. Uploads drawings to customer portals with proper notifications and maintains “Curtain Standards” compliance internally and externally. Capable of stepping into onsite coordination and oversight during project installation.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Perform design audits on customer facilities
- Operated scanning equipment to assist in design
- Assist in initial design and review with stakeholders
- Communicate effectively with Customers, Subcontractors, Architects, General Contractors, and internal stakeholders effectively
- AutoCAD knowledge and ability
- Download and review customer supplied drawings and design, and check against subcontractor supplied drawings and design
- Print and Plot required drawings for internal teams for site design audits and installation
- Update drawings with acoustic readings for before and after curtain installation
- Responsible for project manifest confirmation from subcontractor, and to put in proper format for production team to utilize
- Download drawings from subcontractor designer (Google Drive)
- Review, approve, and release drawings to production team
- Maintain and update Drawing Specification
- Coordinate all drawings and related project information is saved in specific Procore locations/files
- Upload project drawings and information to customer specific site with proper notification
- Responsible for internal and customer “Curtain Standard” and Seaman’s adherence to the standard
- Ability to fill in for on-site coordination/overview, management during installation of project
- Other duties as required
- Education: Bachelor’s degree, Industry certification, or substantial prior experience in related drafting/design field.
- Experience: 5 years of experience.
- Proven track record of designing and managing concurrent, numerous, complex, cross-functional projects.
- Experience in construction design and management.
