Seaman Corporation is seeking a Project Manager to join our Technology team! This position will report to the Design and Construction Manager in Wooster.

Position Summary

The Project Manager oversees all project timelines, schedules, and deliverables, maintaining the Gantt chart, milestones, and communication across teams. This role manages submittals, material logistics, installation schedules, and performance metrics, including production, design, and installation error tracking. They build and distribute daily installation scorecards, review subcontractor reports for accuracy, and lead post‑project lessons‑learned discussions. Additional responsibilities include supporting change orders, billing, subcontractor payments, permit and schedule updates, curtain label design, and ensuring proper documentation and uploads in Procore and customer platforms.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Responsible all project timeframes and work required
• Responsible for Gantt chart schedule maintenance and updates, milestones, and deadline communication for all parties
• Assist Internal Staff with various project duties
• Responsible for submittals from subcontractor and to customer
• Responsible for material truck contents and scheduling
• Responsible for project installation metrics and schedule
• Build and Maintain Project Installation Scorecard
• Track scorecard results and distribute to internal stakeholders daily
• Responsible for project metrics for internal production error tracking, design error tracking, and installation error tracking.
• Review subcontractors Smartsheet Panel Tracker report for accuracy
• Review project metrics with internal and subcontractor management for “lessons learned” discussion for continuous improvement at project end
• Assist with project Change Orders
• Assist with Project billings and subcontractor payments as required
• Responsible for designing and printing curtain labels for all projects
• Coordinate all project information and save in specific Procore locations/files
• Upload project drawings and information to customer specific site with proper notification
• Review permit and schedule timelines and continuously update schedule
• Performs other duties as assigned.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree, Industry certification, or substantial prior construction project management experience in related field.
• Experience: 5 years of experience.
• Proven track record of managing concurrent, numerous, complex, cross-functional projects.

• Experience in construction project management
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative setting
