Duties
- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Analyze equipment malfunctions and implement effective solutions
- Perform stick welding and other welding techniques as needed for repairs.
- Collaborate with team members to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests from production staff.
- Assist in technical sales by providing insights on equipment capabilities and maintenance needs.
Experience
- Proven experience in industrial maintenance within a manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with electrical systems and troubleshooting techniques is essential.
- Experience with pneumatics
- Experience with Hydraulic Systems
- Small Engine Repair
- Piping/Pipe Threading
- Proficiency in stick welding or other welding methods is a plus.
- Very Strong analytical skills with the ability to diagnose issues effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, demonstrating a commitment to customer service.
