BBOR Machine Operators are responsible for the safe operation of bubble/foam converting equipment to produce quality product by continual adjustments of settings on BBOR Machine equipment while focusing on safety and efficiency.
- Know and adhere to all safety rules and procedures
- Produce orders to schedule to satisfy customer needs and production requirements
- Complete all quality inspections, testing and documentation
- Comply with company standards and surrounding machine areas
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 1-3 years of manufacturing machine operator experience with knowledge of process equipment, tooling and procedures to set up, operate and to maintain equipment work area in safe productive manner
- Basic Math, reading, and analytical skills
- Awareness toward safety
- Ability to work efficiently as a team and independently
- Able to work overtime and weekends if required
- Frequent Standing, walking and bending
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- Eye/Hand Coordination
- Pushing, pulling, lifting, and stacking
