About The Position
As an Operator, you’ll be responsible for setting up and operating print presses, ensuring high-quality output, and maintaining equipment to meet customer standards. You’ll monitor production, perform quality checks, prepare materials, and support team training—all while following safety and maintenance protocols.

Basic Qualifications
While performing the duties, an employee is regularly required to talk or hear, walk or sit, stand, climb, use hands to finger, handle and feel objects, tools, or controls, and to reach with hands or arms. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to thirty (30) pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to fifty (50) pounds. Excellent vision is a requirement, to include close vision, distance vision, color vision, color vision and the ability to focus.

About The Position
As an Operator, you’ll be responsible for setting up and operating print presses, ensuring high-quality output, and maintaining equipment to meet customer standards. You’ll monitor production, perform quality checks, prepare materials, and support team training—all while following safety and maintenance protocols.
What You’ll Do
- Set up and run print presses based on job specifications
- Conduct quality checks and measurements
- Mix and dispense inks, prepare materials, and scan components
- Clean and maintain presses and equipment
- Mentor entry-level operators and troubleshoot issues
- Follow safety and operational procedures
Basic Qualifications
- 3 years of machine operation experience in manufacturing
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts, weekends, and overtime
- Color vision and visual acuity (screening required)
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Flexographic printing experience is a plus
