Key Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical preferred)
- 5 years of manufacturing/operational leadership experience; 3 as Plant Manager
- Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on understanding of industrial equipment and systems
- Proven track record in leading organizational change and continuous improvement initiatives
- Expertise in safety, quality, operations, and financial oversight
- Experience with Lean/Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher preferred)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to lead in a matrixed, collaborative environment
