Experienced Concrete Laborer to perform essential concrete-related tasks, ensuring various contracted projects are completed efficiently and safely while adhering to strict safety standards.

Duties
- Assist with concrete pouring and finishing to create smooth, level surfaces according to project specifications
- Operate hand tools and power tools for cutting, shaping, and installing concrete forms and rebar reinforcement
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to execute precise concrete work and formwork construction
- Install rebar and metal studs as specified in technical drawings to reinforce concrete structures
- Perform heavy lifting and material handling safely to support the transportation of concrete materials and equipment on-site
- Follow all construction workplace safety regulations, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to safety protocols
- Operate heavy equipment like concrete pumps to facilitate efficient pouring processes
- Assist with demolition, restoration, or renovation tasks involving concrete or related materials when required
Experience
- Prior experience working on construction projects involving concrete or related trades preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is highly valued
- Familiarity with construction site safety regulations and proper use of hand tools and power tools is essential
- Experience with rebar installation, formwork construction, concrete cutting, finishing techniques, and concrete pumping preferred.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and operate basic heavy equipment or commercial vehicles is a plus.
- Strong understanding of schematics and technical specifications ensures precise execution of tasks in complex projects
