S&C Concrete is seeking an experienced Concrete Foreman to lead crews on large commercial and industrial projects throughout the southern Idaho region. We have a significant upcoming project at Mountain Home Air Force Base, along with continued growth across the region — making this an excellent time to join a busy, well-established team.

Responsibilities
- Lead all phases of concrete construction from layout through final placement
- Manage rebar tying, formwork, and concrete pours
- Read and interpret plans and specifications
- Effectively communicate with general contractors
- Maintain crew productivity, quality standards, and jobsite safety
Requirements
- Valid Idaho STAR Card or U.S. Passport (required for base access and project compliance)
- Must pass a background check
- Fluent English communication skills — written and verbal
- Demonstrated experience managing concrete crews on commercial or industrial projects
Pay: $38.00 - $45.00 per hour
