Title: IT Scrum Master
Duration: 6 month w2 contract (potential for extension and full-time conversion)
Workplace Type: Hybrid – 2 days onsite per week in Newington, NH
Description: This role is focused on modernizing Identity & Access Management (IAM) processes. The position will manage 2–3 Agile teams and is responsible for facilitating stand-ups, planning sessions, retrospectives, backlog readiness, and cross-team dependencies. The Scrum Master will remove delivery barriers, shield teams from distractions, and partner closely with Product Owners and leadership to improve team effectiveness and delivery.
Required Skills:
- Significant experience as a Scrum Master or Agile delivery professional, including experience helping teams increase Agile maturity.
- Experience navigating the complexities associated with Agile transformation and organizational change.
- Exposure to or working knowledge of cybersecurity access management, identity and access functions, and/or cybersecurity operations.
- Strong knowledge of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Agile project management concepts, practices, and techniques.
- Ability to adapt Agile practices to meet team needs while maintaining alignment with organizational standards and business objectives.
- Strong communication, organizational, analytical, critical thinking, and team-building skills.
- Advanced presentation, influencing, coaching, and relationship management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in technology or a related discipline and 8 years of related professional experience, typically 10 years, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Agile certifications preferred.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a cross-functional environment.
Salary : $65 - $70
